TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BRINDABELLA SAILING PTY LTD:

5 HOUR SAILING ADVENTURE AND TWILIGHT CRUISE

  • SPECIAL COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY: If any passenger cannot make the sailing departure date due to Government travel restrictions surrounding COVID-19, BRINDABELLA SAILING will issue a sail credit of same value or a refund, however a $30 pp admin and booking fee will be deducted.

Please contact BRINDABELLA SAILING as soon as you are aware that you cannot make your sail. Proof of travel restriction on the sailing departure date may be requested.

BRINDABELLA SAILING is a Covid Safe Practising Business.

All guests, at check-in, are required to answer Covid safe questions.  Staff may request border declarations or residency documentation, and if you have been in a declared hotspot in the past 14 days you will not be able to participate in the sail.  

  • Full credit or refund for any cancelled departures by Brindabella Sailing due to low numbers or unsafe weather.
  • Customer cancellations made less than 14 days before departure will result in complete forfeiture of the full price. Cancellations made outside of 14 days before departure will only incur a $30 per person admin & booking fee.
  • Any date changes can be accepted without a fee up to 7 days prior to departure. Please note that the 14 day cancellation policy will always be calculated from original departure date.
  • All prices are per person in AUD and include GST.
  • Minimum age on any BRINDABELLA SAILING sail is 12 years old, exceptions may be considered upon application. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
  • All guests must be able to move freely about a boat unassisted and have appropriate fitness level.
  • We cater for most diet requirements – vegetarian, vegan, lactose free and gluten free. Please advise us of your requirements when booking.
  • We recommend you take out travel insurance covering illness, injury, loss of personal goods and the inability to travel due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances. This is an adventure product and clients should note that adventure sails involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard guests, we cannot be responsible for any damage, personal injury or loss due to the actions of passengers that are beyond our control.
  • BRINDABELLA SAILING is not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any injury to person or property which is suffered or sustained by any passenger as a result of participating in any of its sailing adventures, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • If you choose to leave a BRINDABELLA SAILING tour at any stage of your own choice, BRINDABELLA SAILING will no longer be held accountable for your persons or belongings. BRINDABELLA SAILING PTY LTD ABN 76290440095

BOOK THE ENTIRE BOAT, CORPORATE CHARTERS, WEDDINGS AND OVERNIGHT SAILS

  • 50% payment is required to confirm booking and full payment is due at least 14 days prior to departure. 
  • SPECIAL COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY: If the group cannot make the sailing departure date due to Government travel restrictions surrounding COVID-19, BRINDABELLA SAILING will issue a sail credit of same value or a refund.

Please contact BRINDABELLA SAILING as soon as you are aware that you cannot make your sail. Proof of travel restriction on the sailing departure date may be requested.

  • CANCELLATION BY BRINDABELLA SAILING: All sailing experiences are subject to cancellation due to weather or safety measures at the vessel operator’s discretion. In the event of cancellation customers will receive a credit for the next available sail date.
  • FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY CUSTOMERS: Cancellations made within 30–14 days of departure incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before departure will result in complete forfeiture of the full price. Any date changes can be accepted without a fee up to 14 days prior to departure. Please note that the 14 day cancellation policy will always be calculated from original departure date.
